You will play a crucial role accountable for the execution of Data Strategy initiatives.In particular, you will :Oversees and support the day-to-day execution and governance of Data Strategy initiatives.Support the definition and implementation of the data strategy roadmap and governance framework.Develop and manage dashboards and reporting tools for tracking data initiatives and KPIs.Collaborate with AI, Innovation, and Technology functions to ensure data availability and quality.Facilitate project planning, risk assessment, and dependency management.Contribute to defining policies and best practices for data lifecycle management and compliance.Support the promotion of a data-driven culture across the organization.What you’ll bring :Proven experience (3–5 years) in Project Management or PMO roles, preferably within data management, governance, or analytics domains.A degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.Familiar with data governance, data architecture, and business intelligence frameworks.Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and execution quality.Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, both technical and business-oriented.Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Why choose us :Permanent contract with Hybrid Work;Meal Allowance;Supplemental Health Insurance;The option to join our company share saving scheme.Choose us also for :An inclusive work environment and participate in all our initiatives focused on Diversity & Inclusion;Well-Being Support: online meditation courses, medical online service and counselling with the help of certified psychologists and coaches;Learning and Development : access a platform full of training courses, join workshops, conferences.
