It is from this insight that we have chosen to help companies bring the magic back to the communication between companies and users ✨Through our artificial intelligence platform, we have automated millions of conversations through AI Agents, improving the business metrics of all our clients in any industry. Our goal is to extend this technology on a global scale. To do this, we need a Business Development Representative who can help us grow our customer base and establish Indigo.ai as a leader in the market. What are we looking for? We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Sales Team.As a BDR , you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers. You’ll work closely with the sales team to generate qualified pipelines and accelerate the sales process. Your main responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers through research, email, LinkedIn, and calls. Lead Qualification: Assessing prospects' needs to verify their suitability for Indigo.ai's solutions. CRM Management: Tracking all activities and interactions with leads using tools like HubSpot . Monitoring and Reporting: Analyzing performance metrics to optimize lead generation activities. You will need: Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in a similar role (sales development, lead generation, or customer engagement). Knowledge of the tech sector: Familiarity with CRM, SaaS, AI, or customer engagement solutions is a plus. Excellent communication skills: Ability to write and speak clearly and persuasively in both Italian and English (B2 level or higher). Goal-oriented mindset: Determination to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets. Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions. We will really like (but they are not required): Previous experience in an AI-powered solutions. What do we offer?
