Our unwavering commitment is to help our clients transform their businesses and effectively manage operations in sales performance, repair optimization and compliance, parts and accessories sales performance, and consumer engagement.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Used Cars Backoffice Expert who will be involved in all backoffice activities related to used cars, providing prompt support to different clients in the following areas:Used car logisticsRequest of deregistration and change of ownershipSolicit payment and support client with invoice issuesRequest and ship COC documentsQualificationsGood level of English (at least B1)Precise, patient and structured, eager to learn new skills and improve processes2 years of experience in a role that demands customer support within a matrix organizationExcellent competencies with Excel and OutlookJoin us in shaping the future of automotive service.
