Job Summary : To manage properly all the activities related to Barman position. What will I be doing? Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons. Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails. Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies. Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Comply with all food and beverage regulations. What are we looking for? Previous experience in cocktail preparation. Friendly, outgoing and positive. Enjoy being part of a team. Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. Great communication skills, desire to develop and progress in your role. Good stress management and organizational skills. Fluent in Italian and English.
