KCA, a Centre of Excellence under Viking EMEA, employs around 30 people and develops bespoke foam fire protection solutions. We support clients worldwide from refineries in Dubai to oil platforms in the Pacific, delivering products to specification. We are looking for a SAP Master Data & Production Planning specialist to join our material department at our manufacturing location in Bressana, Bottarone (PV). The role will focus on master data creation/maintenance in SAP and production planning support. Responsibilities Hold responsibility for Master data creation and maintenance (Materials, Bill of Materials, Routings, etc.) in SAP Develop and maintain advanced material and production planning through SAP Maintain and create new KPIs related to master data activity Support and backup other Material Management processes Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in SAP Master Data and material management processes inside structured production companies Enhanced knowledge and experience with SAP S4/Hana, specifically for master data and MM module (PP module is a plus) for procurement and stock management Knowledge of stock management procedures in SAP through MRP (reorder point/safety stock) and Kanban logic Advanced Excel skills (pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc.) Fluent written and spoken English Personal Characteristics Enthusiastic and self‑motivated Hands‑on, results‑oriented, with a strong sense of commitment and urgency Well‑organized, able to prioritize and get things done Analytical and fact‑based Effective communicator, adaptable to all levels in the organization Process‑oriented, challenging the status quo and striving for continuous improvement Job Conditions Office‑based in Bressana, Bottarone (PV) Occasional spot travel throughout Europe and the Middle East for short missions Our Offer Stable company: for over three decades, we have stood the test of time, weathering economic shifts, technological revolutions, and industry changes.
