Head of Data, AI & AnalyticsPer una start-up DTC attiva nel settore degli integratori alimentari e del benessere, con un modello digitale e una forte ambizione data-driven, stiamo cercandoun/a Head of Data, AI & Analytics che costruisca la data platform e guidi la definizione della strategia AI-first. La figura sarà responsabile di KPI, dashboarding, BI, sviluppo use case di AI/GenAI, CRO e data analysis a supporto delle decisioni di business. Sarà il punto di riferimento tecnico in azienda, in dialogo con figure non specialistiche, lavorando a stretto contatto con ecommerce, product, marketing e UX/UI. Cerchiamo un profilo capace di unire competenza tecnica, visione strategica, capacità comunicativa e approccio concreto, con l'energia per costruire processi e cultura dati da zero in una start-up in crescita. Cosa farai:Progetterai la data platform e le capability analytics Definirai KPI, dashboard e sistemi di BI Identificherai e gestirai casi d’uso AI e GenAI Coordinerai partner tecnici, data scientist e fornitori Collaborerai su CRO con ecom, product e UX/UI Farai analisi a supporto di crescita e decision-making Contribuirai a costruire una cultura data-driven in azienda Chi cerchiamo:Esperienza in AI applicata e web analytics Capacità di tradurre dati in azioni di business Ottima comunicazione anche con interlocutori non tecnici Mentalità analitica, orientata all’ottimizzazione Approccio startup: flessibilità, collaborazione, costruzione Sede: Milano centro #LI-EC4 Wyser è il brand globale che si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
