Completano il profilo una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e dimestichezza nell’utilizzo del Pacchetto Office. La risorsa sarà ambasciatore dei valori del brand ALCOTT e responsabile del punto vendita; sarà di esempio nella vendita e nella conoscenza del prodotto, sia verso i clienti che verso il proprio staff.Responsibilitiesgestire lo Store e garantirne il successo commerciale, raggiungendo gli obiettivi di budget e KPI prefissati dalla direzione commerciale;selezionare, formare e valutare lo staff;organizzazione dei turni di lavoro;Gestire le attività operative dello Store in maniera sistematica ed efficiente secondo le politiche e le procedure stabilite;Monitorare i KPI per avere un’ampia visione dell’andamento commerciale dello Store e raggiungere gli obiettivi quantitativi e qualitativi;Lavorare a stretto contatto con i dipartimenti di supporto agli store (Direzione Retail, Visual Merchandising e Risorse Umane).Altre InformazioniVuoi essere il nostro prossimo Store Manager?
