We are looking for a Shop Operations Head to lead and optimize retail operations across a multi-store network, driving operational excellence, commercial performance and an outstanding customer experience.
This is a key leadership role for a retail professional with a strong background in store operations, inventory management and business performance, capable of translating commercial strategies into effective execution at store level.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, ensuring consistent standards, efficient processes and an excellent customer experience across all locations.
- Drive sales performance and profitability by monitoring KPIs, analyzing results and implementing improvement plans.
- Lead inventory management, including stock accuracy, replenishment, stocktakes, loss prevention and the management of slow-moving and obsolete products.
- Develop and coordinate the retail activity calendar, including promotions, events and in-store commercial activations.
- Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, operational procedures and quality standards.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing and other corporate functions to optimize store performance and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead and develop teams, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, retail productivity and overall business performance.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Retail Operations, ideally within a multi-store or multi-site environment.
- Proven track record in improving sales performance, profitability and operational efficiency.
- Strong expertise in inventory management, stock control and store processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in international retail environments will be considered an advantage.
Our client offers a salary aligned with your expertise and dedication, fostering equity.
The salary range for this position is 75K-85K
The final compensation offered to the candidate and the classification level may vary based on factors that emerge during the selection process, always in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, background, and the qualifications required for the position.
