Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$200.00/hr - $200.00/hrWhat You Will Be DoingDirecting enterprise-wide customer renewal initiatives that avert ≥$2M ARR churn each quarter by diagnosing underlying issues and coordinating product, support, and finance teams around unified solutions.Managing cloud cost reduction programs that achieve $500K or greater quarterly savings on AWS infrastructure while preserving performance standards and system reliability.Overseeing acquisition due diligence and integration frameworks that identify critical risks and opportunities — delivering quantifiable margin gains in the first quarter following acquisition.Applying Claude Code or comparable AI tools (Codex, Gemini CLI) to construct repeatable analytical models, automate operational processes, and enhance execution velocity and precision.Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on schedule, meet targets, and produce verified financial results.Producing weekly executive-level reports that clearly present progress, obstacles, and confirmed financial impact.What You Won’t Be DoingDocumenting results you do not directly control — you are responsible for both driving and achieving outcomes, not merely tracking them.Working in isolation — your initiatives span products, departments, and business units to unlock enterprise-wide value.Spending time on repetitive manual analysis or low-impact administrative tasks — AI-driven execution is your standard approach.Waiting for approvals, instructions, or agreement — this role demands operators who build alignment and execute with speed.Depending exclusively on manual methods — you are required to utilize AI-enabled tools to amplify and scale your contributions.Getting mired in planning sessions, governance routines, or slide preparation — weekly reporting is concise, disciplined, and anchored to tangible metrics.SVP Of Portfolio Operations Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and execute portfolio-wide transformation initiatives that produce measurable improvements in customer retention, cloud cost efficiency, and acquisition integration — with direct executive oversight and clear financial impact.Basic Requirements5+ years driving cross-functional operational or transformation projects with ≥$3M in annual financial impact.Demonstrated capability to interpret large, complex data sets and convert findings into validated outcomes of ≥$500K.Track record optimizing cloud infrastructure expenses (AWS or equivalent) with documented examples of cost savings and maintained performance.Solid financial acumen: P&L analysis, budget planning, ROI evaluation, and decision-making grounded in financial rationale.Working knowledge of AI platforms such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI to automate analytical tasks and enhance execution quality.Ability to work remotely with a minimum of 6 hours overlap with CST.About TrilogyHundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform.
