LXD - Learning Experience Designer - AI x EdTech (Full remote - French fluent ) Paradox EN Open for applications. About the role At Paradox, we’re building a new category: an ecosystem that fuses neuroscience, design, AI, and behavioral transformation so that people don’t just consume knowledge, but rewire who they are. You’ll be designing experiences, not lessons. Your mission is to turn this ecosystem into beautifully orchestrated learning arcs that feel alive, cinematic, and deeply human. Responsibilities Learning Experience Architecture – Own the full learning system, from architecture to execution. Design the journey, not just the content and lesson. Script learning experiences that engage both heart and brain; each word, exercise, and soundscape must serve transformation. Ensure every feature supports the evolution of the Paradox ecosystem: loops, PX agents, protocols, membership. Craft a premium, high‑impact course experience and co‑create courses with top performers. Lead the end‑to‑end design of the course, from strategy to final delivery. Own scripting, copywriting, and creation of educational assets. Conduct desk and user research to inform course goals and learner personas. Craft AI conversations and loops, write and optimize prompt chains, refine tone and flow. Analyze, measure, iterate for transformation and stickiness; define KPIs and iterate on course using data. Be obsessed with user problems: talk to users weekly, analyze patterns, identify where transformation breaks. Apply principles from habit formation, self‑determination theory, and behavioral triggers. Experience & Qualifications 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education preferred). Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end, with measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools and Figma. Proven track record of designing and delivering digital learning experiences across diverse asset types. Portfolio of one or more cinematic/narrative‑rich courses or learning programs. Ideal Candidate Traits Craft‑obsessed: go beyond 9‑5, do it with a doer mentality, bias for outcomes. Strong writing skills: produce high‑quality editorial content. Strong aesthetic sensibility: care how the course “feels”. User and impact obsessed: think in outcomes, care about transformation. Critical thinker: turn vague problems into clear hypotheses, challenge assumptions. Digital and AI savvy: build AI agents or learn to apply them. Language Requirements French: native.
