Overview As a premier boutique tour operator with a decades-long heritage and a personal touch philosophy, we design and operate high-end, private journeys across Italy. From private yachts on the Amalfi Coast to exclusive access to wineries in Tuscany, we pride ourselves on precision, local expertise, and a deeply personal touch. We are looking for a dedicated professional based in Florence to join our growing team. The Role: Sales and Logistics We are looking for a unique individual who can master two sides of the travel business : The Sales Side You will be the first point of contact for international travelers (primarily North American). You’ll listen to their dreams and turn them into bespoke itineraries, using your expertise and persuasion to close the sale. The Logistics Side Once the "dream" is sold, you make it a reality. You will manage the entire ground operation—coordinating with drivers, private guides, boat captains, and local partners to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. What You’ll Do Manage incoming inquiries and build consultative relationships with high-net-worth clients and travel agents. Design and price custom travel packages across Italy. Arrange and coordinate all logistics: bookings, vouchers, timing, and supplier confirmations. Act as the "on-the-ground" contact for clients during their travels, ensuring customer support for a seamless experience. What We Are Looking For Experience: 2+ years in the travel / tourism sector (Boutique agency or DMC experience is a plus). Languages: Full professional fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken). Location: You must be a permanent resident of Florence, Italy. The "Hybrid" Personality: You are outgoing enough to sell, but meticulous enough to double-check a train ticket for the third time. Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM systems, and digital collaboration tools. Start Date As the tourist season is starting, we are looking for the right person to join the team as soon as possible The Structure & Compensation We operate on a flexible seasonal model to align with the rhythm of the travel year in the Italian market : Low Season (Jan–Mar & Sept–Dec) : Part-time (20 hours / week). Peak Season (Apr–Aug) : Full-time (40 hours / week). Pay: Competitive monthly rate based on experience. Flexibility & Location Training: Initial 4 weeks on-site in Florence for immersive training. Hybrid Model: Enjoy a mix of remote and office-based work. Touchpoints: Regular weekly meetings at our Florence office. Autonomy: Beyond scheduled meetings, your location (home vs. office) is flexible based on your preference.
