What You’ll Be Doing As an Investment Products Development Associate , you’ll join our growing Investment Products division in Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Satispay’s Investment Firm. You'll be a key senior member of this nascent division within the Satispay Group, playing an instrumental role in driving our ambitious plans to expand the scope of this business . Here’s What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like Lead the development and execution of new investment product initiatives - with a focus on simplicity, transparency, and user-centric design Define, evaluate and pursue strategic business lines for potential future investment products offering - exploring areas such as crypto, thematic investments, pensions, trading platform, robo-advisory Serve in management capacity of the licensed MIFID investment firm - ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory obligations Relationship building and stakeholder engagement - build and maintain relationships with key marketplace participants, including traditional investment and blockchain platforms and fund managers Collaborate with cross-functional teams - (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to bring new investment offerings to market Act as a thought partner - on the long-term growth and direction of Satispay’s investment offering. Who We’re Looking For We need a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a collaborative environment. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting, you’ll fit right in Does this sound like you? Relevant experience – 5–10 years of experience in financial services, ideally in investment product development, strategy, or within a regulated investment firm. Track record of successfully driving new business initiatives – from concept to execution. Strong understanding of EU financial regulations – with direct experience navigating MIFID II frameworks and/or VASP/MiCA crypto framework; You are also familiar with regulatory regimes in Luxembourg and/or Italy. Strong Interest or experience in digital assets or crypto markets – considered a strong plus. Entrepreneurial mindset – with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Passion for Fintech and innovation – you are excited by Fintech and enjoy working in a dynamic, evolving environment. Language proficiency – you are fluent in English, with knowledge of Italian considered a strong advantage. Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
