Job Summary

:The Field Supervisor is responsible for the daily on-site management of construction projects in Ravenna and the surrounding areas. This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The Field Supervisor coordinates and supervises subcontractors, monitors progress, and maintains accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

:Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.Supervise and manage subcontractors and construction crews.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and equipment.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.Resolve on-site issues and conflicts effectively.Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.Manage material deliveries and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

:Proven experience as a Field Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Knowledge of Italian safety regulations.Valid driver's license.Ability to speak Italian & English.Relevant construction qualifications.
