Tesys Group, operante nel settore IT, fornendo servizi specialistici e mettendo a disposizione dei propri clienti, competenze e professionalità altamente specializzate nella consulenza, ricerca, per un importante partner, un* Tech Lead & Senior Full Stack Developer su tecnologie .NET/Angular Requisiti – Must Have Leadership e metodologia Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Team Leader o Lead Developer. Esperienza in metodologie Agile (Scrum / Kanban). Backend Ottima conoscenza di .NET 6/7/8 e C#. Esperienza nello sviluppo di API REST performanti e nella gestione dell’asincronia. Frontend Solida competenza in Angular moderno. Conoscenza avanzata di RxJS, state management (NgRx) e performance tuning. Architettura e design Esperienza con microservizi e relativi pattern (API Gateway, Circuit Breaker/Polly, event-driven). Applicazione concreta di DDD (Domain-Driven Design), CQRS e Mediator pattern. Ottima padronanza dei principi SOLID e del Clean Code. Infrastruttura e DevOps Esperienza con pipeline CI/CD, containerizzazione (Docker/Kubernetes). Conoscenza dei principali servizi cloud, preferibilmente Azure. Database Capacità di ottimizzazione query e utilizzo di EF Core. Esperienza nella gestione di dati in ambienti distribuiti. Contratto: Tempo indeterminato CCNL: Metalmeccanica e industria Range R.A.L. : 35k/38k Il livello e la R.A.L. saranno commisurati all'effettiva esperienza del candidato Modalità di lavoro: Full Remote Orario di lavoro: 9:00/18:00 Benefit: Giorni di riposo extra rispetto a quelli stabiliti dal CCNL, BDay off, Period days.
