You will have the chance to join one of our key lines : Multinational.In addition to the training on-the-job, you will participate in the AIG Academy, a two-year structured development program designed to support and accelerate your strengths and interests. To help you succeed, we make sure you receive above-average remuneration, regardless of your degree. You will be accompanied by a mentor, and you will have the chance to participate in global workshops, master classes, as well as networking events to get to know colleagues from AIG worldwide.
