As a Subaru Parts Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for customers and technicians regarding Subaru parts and accessories. Your role will involve providing expert advice, managing parts inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. bPrevious parts experience required. /b /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist service technicians by quickly and accurately retrieving parts needed for vehicle repairs. /li liProvide expert guidance to customers on selecting the right parts and accessories for their Subaru vehicles. /li liMaintain an organized and efficient parts inventory, ensuring availability of frequently used parts. /li liProcess and fulfill parts orders, both in-person and online, while maintaining accurate records. /li liCollaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability, minimizing vehicle downtime. /li liKeep up-to-date with Subaru product knowledge, including new parts, accessories, and technologies. /li liConduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies. /li liHandle returns, exchanges, and warranty parts efficiently, following company policies. /li liAssist in organizing promotional displays and campaigns to highlight parts and accessories. /li liProvide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPrevious experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with Subaru or similar brands. /li liStrong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. /li liExcellent customer service and communication skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. /li liProficiency with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems. /li liHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus. /li liAbility to lift 50 pounds /li liWA state driver's license is required /li liClear and Clean drivingabstract is required /li liPre-Employment Background check drug screen is required /li /ul h3What
