Responsibilities Manage key clients across various regions, reporting to the Sales Director. Act as the main point of contact for export‑related matters. Achieve revenue targets for Gate Automation and Indirect Channel business for Pedestrian Doors, including demand generation across all product categories. Establish and manage distribution channels, regularly reviewing performance and providing product knowledge to all stakeholders. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, supporting business objectives and brand‑building through promotional activities. Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and coordinate with finance teams as needed. Conduct ongoing market analysis, providing accurate sales forecasts and budgeting insights. Qualifications 10–15 years of industry experience in electromechanical companies; experience in gate or door automation is a plus. Strong ability to manage commercial channels and negotiate effectively, with a high drive for results and ownership. Fluency in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus). Excellent communication skills in phone, email, and in‑person interactions. Personal attributes: responsiveness, organization, resilience, energy, strong work ethic, time discipline, and integrity. Proficiency with digital tools such as MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for product knowledge, market analysis, sales forecasting, and budgeting.
