Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible Your role We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager who will guide Technical and Product teams across the Development process for Smart Eyewear wearable devices. We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead and drive complex projects for smart glasses category. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products on time and within budget. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end product development process for projects related to smart glasses. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, product management, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution of product development phases. Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Track project progress, identify risks and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making across hardware, firmware, software, and industrial design teams. Lead regular project status meetings and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality benchmarks specific to wearable devices. Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors as necessary. Drive continuous process improvements in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field); advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics, ideally with wearables or smart glasses. Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced, innovative product environments. Strong understanding of wearable device technologies including optics, sensors, wireless communication, embedded systems, and user interface design. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is a plus. Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
