The course is maintained to the highest international standards, providing an exceptional playing experience for members and guests.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Golf Gardener Greenkeeper to join the agronomy team at Tenuta Toscana.Main duties and responsibilitiesPerform advanced turf maintenance tasks, including mowing, rolling, topdressing, coring, and bunker care.Operate and carefully maintain a wide range of golf course‑specific machinery (mowers, utility vehicles, tractors, and maintenance equipment).Prepare the course by changing holes, moving tee markers, and checking surface quality, following established operating procedures.Support irrigation system management, including hand‑watering and moisture control.Apply fertilizers, soil conditioners, and plant protection products under supervision, adhering to safety procedures.Identify and promptly report any issues related to turf health, pests, diseases, or equipment malfunctions.Maintain order and professionalism in work areas and contribute to the overall presentation of the course.Comply with all safety procedures and contribute to a culture of environmental responsibility.RequirementsPrevious experience in golf course maintenance (preferred) or professional turf maintenance.Ability to use major turf maintenance equipment.Solid knowledge of turf care practices and the quality standards required in high‑end facilities.High attention to detail and precision in work execution.Fluency in English.BenefitsFull‑time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL)Meals provided both during working hours and on days offUniforms and laundry service providedOngoing training to enhance personal and professional developmentDiscounts on dining, wellness, and sports activities available at the resort and estateAccommodation with free Wi‑Fi can be arranged upon request for those coming from outside the areaThis research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903 / 77 and Law 125 / 91.This position is based in Tuscany.
