Design Expert Reheating Furnace & Heat Treatment Design Expert Reheating Furnace & Heat Treatment Missione Supportare o assumere in prima persona la gestione tecnica di commesse per l'area Reheating Furnace & Heat Treatment, assicurando l'efficienza, l'eccellenza progettuale, il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e delle performance di impianto. Il ruolo contribuisce anche al miglioramento delle performance di prodotto ed il suo allineamento alle esigenze tecniche, di costo di mercato, di conformità agli standard e di sicurezza in accordo alle policy del Gruppo SMS e agli obiettivi della divisione. Responsabilità Controllare lo sviluppo della progettazione meccanica garantendo la conformità dei prodotti alle esigenze del Cliente e alla documentazione contrattuale, alle normative contrattuali e cogenti; Assicurare le attività di verifica, riesame e validazione del progetto; Partecipare al riesame dell'offerta e del contratto; Assicurare la gestione tecnica meccanica del progetto in ogni processo aziendale coinvolto nello sviluppo e realizzazione dello stesso, dall'acquisizione del contratto all'avviamento dell'impianto; Esaminare il contratto dal punto di vista tecnico meccanico al fine di individuare e risolvere preventivamente eventuali criticità inerenti allo sviluppo e realizzazione del progetto; Fornire e concordare, con le risorse assegnate al progetto, le linee guida, i requisiti di base e i livelli di accettabilità necessari allo sviluppo del progetto; Gestire le attività di modifica, implementazione e sviluppo della progettazione per le proprie competenze; Fornire supporto tecnico e tecnologico nelle attività di preventivazione e vendita. Competenze chiave Gradita esperienza pregressa in medesima posizione presso aziende dello stesso settore (forni industriali) o similare (produzione di acciaio o leghe metalliche). Conoscenza del processo produttivo e di funzionamento degli impianti, ingegneria di dettaglio, calcolo di base. Conoscenza di Auto Cad (2 D), Inventor (3 D). Esperienza nella progettazione meccanica e l'abilità nell'analisi e simulazione di progetti. Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Formazione Richiesta Diploma di perito oppure Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o simili. Gradita esperienza pregressa all'interno di un Ufficio Tecnico. Relazioni Esterne Principalmente con clienti, fornitori di ingegneria, fornitori di materiali. #J-18808-Ljbffr
