ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Come Vessel Field Engineer, Farà Parte Del Dipartimento VECOP/Offshore Operation, All'interno Dell Business Line Aset Based Services, Impiegato Sulla Seguenti Attività:
- Prestare servizi di ingegneria al Capoprogetto (Project Manager) o al Capocantiere responsabile della costruzione offshore (Offshore Construction Manager), per assistere nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi del progetto seguendo il piano e le procedure sviluppate dal team di progetto.
- Lavorare in stretto contatto con il Capocantiere e a cui fare riferimento.
- Svolgere tutti i compiti assegnati dal Capocantiere, in contatto diretto con l'Assistente alle Costruzioni Offshore, il comandante e il direttore di macchina.
- Fornire supporto ingegneristico a bordo dei mezzi navale svolgendo le attività nell'ambito della propria area di responsabilità assicurando il rispetto dei requisiti di qualità e sicurezza (QA/QC e HSE).
- Garantire l'applicazione delle procedure di ingegneria nelle attività di costruzione.
- Monitorare gli avanzamenti di costruzione/installazione per assicurare un adeguato livello di qualità delle operazioni.
- Gestire il rapporto elettronico giornaliero (Daily Progress Report) sullo stato di avanzamento per monitorare e registrare le attività effettive rispetto a quelle pianificate.
- Verificare le prestazioni dei subappaltatori e valutare le loro prestazioni operative.
- Collaborare con il personale di progetto e con i responsabili a bordo per garantire che la preparazione del lavoro e le operazioni si svolgano senza inconvenienti.
- Supervisionare le attività di cantiere a terra relative alle costruzioni che verranno installate offshore.
- Collaborare con i responsabili della gestione dei mezzi navali relativamente al monitoraggio dei mezzi navali della flotta.
- Collaborare con il rappresentante tecnico del Cliente per tutte le questioni di ingegneria.
- Eseguire in campo tutte le verifiche tecniche necessarie.
- Redigere documentazione inerente i metodi di installazione (quando richiesto dall' ufficio).

QUALIFICATION: Laurea Magistrale (o triennale) in Ingegneria Navale, Meccanica o Civile
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: da 0 a 1-1/2 di esperienza
IT SKILLS: Pacchetto Office
SOFT SKILLS: Resilienza; gestione dello stress, abilità a lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale
Nice To Have:
- 2 o 3 anni di esperienza nel settore offshore Oil & Gas o nel settore delle costruzioni e dell'ingegneria.
- Competenze non incentrate su ricerca e sviluppo.
- Non proveniente da carriere marittime.
LOCATION:
Disposto a iniziare una carriera offshore su una nave da costruzione per 3-5 anni, per poi continuare la propria carriera in ufficio (sedi in tutto il mondo) come ingegnere di progetto (Project Engineer) o a bordo dei mezzi navali.
Lavoro su rotazione.
