Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with project managers and engineering teams to develop and implement engineering plans and schedules in the MENA and Europe regions. Oversee design and construction processes, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and standards. Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams. Identify and resolve engineering issues during projects. Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on engineering progress. Ensure engineering activities adhere to company policies and procedures. Mentor and train junior engineers and team members. Stay updated with industry developments and engineering advancements. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. At least 8 years of engineering experience, preferably in FMWR sector. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, codes, standards. Experience in project management and coordination. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams.
