As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent 3+ years of experience in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer Preferred Qualifications Experience with chip design, Verilog and System Verilog Experience with scan insertion tools, ATPG, gate‑level simulations Advanced knowledge of verification platforms including UVM test bench, FPGA, and emulator environments Advanced scripting skills in Perl/Tcl Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
