We Are Hiring: Artificial Intelligence BE Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven systems at Spoki. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, building intelligent solutions that leverage WhatsApp as the primary channel for hyper-personalized customer communications, sentiment analysis, and automated decision-making.

You will play a critical role in defining the architecture and driving innovation to integrate artificial intelligence into our Conversational Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Adopt and Develop AI Solutions
  2. Evaluate and implement the most suitable AI platforms and technologies to address WhatsApp-based customer communication, cCommerce, and personalization needs.
  3. Deploy advanced AI-driven agents to interpret user intent accurately, manage conversational flows, and deliver personalized responses across text, audio, and video interactions.
  4. Utilize cutting-edge models to generate engaging and contextually relevant audio and video content, enhancing user experience and strengthening brand presence on WhatsApp.
  5. Combine real-time sentiment analysis with dynamic flow generation to adapt interactions based on user emotions and behavior, optimizing customer satisfaction and conversion rates.
  6. Transform WhatsApp into a robust conversational commerce platform by integrating personalized product recommendations, seamless payment processes, and streamlined customer journeys.
  7. Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and integrate effectively with existing systems, APIs, and platforms.
  8. Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously refining the AI strategy to deliver tangible value while embracing a lean, startup-oriented approach.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning by guiding and coaching team members.
  10. Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and efficient, capable of handling high-volume WhatsApp traffic and complex scenarios.

Our Ideal Profile

  1. 5+ years of experience in AI development, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
  2. Comfortable evaluating both off-the-shelf and custom-built AI tools.
  3. Familiarity with cCommerce fundamentals.
  4. Experience building AI agents capable of interpreting user intent and delivering personalized flows across text, audio, and video channels.
  5. Skilled in leveraging data insights to optimize interactions.
  6. Strong communicator who can partner with cross-functional teams.
  7. Forward-thinking and hands-on, with a lean approach to experimentation.
  8. Adept at guiding team members and fostering a culture of innovation.
  9. Committed to building secure, efficient solutions.

Hiring process:

  1. Practical testing phase, which includes tasks aligned with the role and/or a practical project.
  2. HR: call with the Talent Manager (15-20').
  3. Technical interview with the CTO. (45').

Gross annual salaries are determined based on experience, ranging from €40,000 /year for mid to €55,000 /year for senior roles.
