Project Manager (m / f / d) for Public Transport SystemsRomeFulltimeIVU Traffic Technologies has been working for over 45 years with more than engineers to ensure efficient and environmentally friendly public transport. The integrated standard products of the IVU.suite map all the processes behind the activities of bus and railway companies: from planning, dispatch, fleet management, ticketing, and passenger information through to the management of transport contracts. We are looking for a Project Manager (m / f / d) for Public Transport Systems in Rome.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesRequirement Analysis: Identify, document, and analyze project requirements, including understanding customer needs, defining project goals, and translating this information into technical specifications.Project Management: Management and coordination of IT projects in the transportation sector.Customer Care: Understand customer’s problems and manage relationships with customers, answer their questions, and resolve any problems in a timely and professional manner.Teamwork: Collaboration with various teams to ensure the achievement of project objectives and provide regular and detailed updates to your manager on the progress of assigned tasks proactively, promptly highlighting any critical issues.Your ProfileMaster’s degree in engineering or a similar field.Experience in a public transport company or in a consulting firm, preferably in IT, mobility, or transportation sector.Excellent communication and time management skills.Ability to solve complex problems and think critically.Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with clients.Very good knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English.Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.Willingness to travel.Optional RequirementsLanguage skills: Greek, German, Spanish or French as additional languages are considered a real plus.Previous experience in programming and/or managing fleets or personnel will be considered an added value.What We OfferA competitive salary, bonus and benefits, commensurate with the real experiences of the candidate.A friendly and informal workplace.Possibility to work from home.The opportunity for quick career growth based on the results achieved by the candidate.Work LocationRome, with the possibility of hybrid work (on-site + remote) once independence in managing assigned tasks is achieved.Interested?Send your application documents in English by clicking on the apply button.
