We are currently looking for a People Operations Specialist in Bulgaria.We are seeking a proactive and high-impact People Operations Specialist to strengthen operational excellence and frontline support within the People function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and process improvement, while providing practical guidance and support to a global, remote team. You will act as a key operator within the People team, managing day-to-day HR processes, maintaining systems, and driving scalable workflows that increase efficiency. The role offers the chance to influence People strategy, optimize operations, and contribute to a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
