As Finance Specialist you will work in a team with Finance Manager. You will have a chance to broaden your accounting knowledge and be a part of fast-growing company.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general ledger activities , including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and fixed assetsRecord and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsRecord monthly payroll journal entries, including salaries, taxes, social contributions, TFR, and related accrualsSupporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes according to corporate deadlines and OICEnsure proper application of VAT and compliance with local tax regulationsSupporting accounting schedules , reports and documentations for internal management and corporate HQSupport externa auditors and tax consultants during periodic auditsHandle additional administrative and accounting duties assigned by Accounting ManagerRequirementsDegree in Accounting , Finance , or related fields ( or Accounting diploma with strong experience)3-5 years of experience in accounting rolesSolid understanding of Italian GAAP ( OIC) , VAT, payroll-related accounting , and tax requirementsAdvanced Excel skillsGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and performance.Health insurance (Metasalute) and meal vouchers.Company-wide and department teambuilding events.The opportunity to contribute to Europe’s transition to zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.Our PurposeWe are building a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and world of clean air.
