OverviewFor one of our leading consulting client, we are looking for a senior Lead Generation & Outbound Marketing consultant to support and scale B2B acquisition initiatives for our clients and internal growth.This is a true consulting role: high autonomy, outcome-driven, and focused on qualified pipeline impact — not task execution under supervision.What you’ll work onDesign and implement B2B lead generation strategies with a strong outbound focusBuild and optimize multichannel outreach systems (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows)Define ICPs, segmentation logic, and lead qualification frameworksImprove funnel performance: lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contributionAudit and optimize existing client acquisition systemsTranslate business goals into concrete, measurable acquisition plansSupport and mentor junior team members when neededContribute to internal playbooks and service developmentWhat we’re looking forProven senior experience in B2B lead generation and outbound marketingStrong consulting mindset: you diagnose, prioritize, and executeAbility to work independently with limited oversightSolid command of CRM-SALESFORCE and marketing automation toolsComfortable working directly with clients and challenging assumptionsAgency or consulting experience is a strong plusEngagement detailsContract: Freelance / Independent contractor- eventually transforming into permanent roleCommitment: Ongoing collaborationLocation: hybridCompensation: Day rate or monthly retainer, based on experience and scopeWhat’s in it for youAn excellent environment to work in open, non-hierarchical, collaborative, respectful and people-oriented.International ExposureUnlimited learning opportunities, including hands-on experience working with high-level executive interim managers and formal training sessions delivered by the AcademyAttractive rewarding package and excellent opportunities for professional growthWork-life balance and flexibility<br>#J-18808-Ljbffr
