Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Your roleWe are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer_Methods & Technology_Painting who will support the Manufacturing Engineer Team in different activities.Main responsibilities:Ensure that the company’s manufacturing processes are in compliance with all government laws and regulationsProcess standardization and optimizationAnalyze production processes, schedules, methods, and other data and then provide management with reports containing the data and statistics to enable management to better understand future requirements needed for the manufacturing process. Process measurement (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)Problem solving on existing equipment / processNew equipment characteristics definition (maintainability, availability, reliability), introduction and ramp‑upDevelopment and updating of work and control procedures, management of team of technicians and painters.Review and calculate labor, material (direct and indirect), and other production costs along with reviewing schedules and future production requirements to assist management in decision makingProcess measurement & work analysis (OEE, capabilities, cycle time, balancing, desaturation)Project trackingMain requirements:You have a Master Degree in EngineeringYou have at least 2 years of experience in complex environments with similar roles, such as Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Continuous Improvement EngineerStrong expertise in painting processes, painting technologies, and paint‑line operations (mandatory).You have knowledge on Lean and Six SigmaYou are able to establish and maintain excellent relationshipsAbility to adapt to various corporate environments with different cultures.
