Join Roche, where every voice matters.### ### The PositionUnisciti al team Oftalmologia di Roche Italia come **Marketing Trainee** In affiancamento al tutor e al team, avrai l’opportunità di approfondire la conoscenza del mercato farmaceutico, partecipando alla definizione della strategia di marketing e collaborando cross-funzionalmente con i vari dipartimenti aziendali.In particolare, ti occuperai di:* Partecipare allo sviluppo del piano di marketing dell’area di oftalmologia, in linea con la strategia di area terapeutica, le esigenze del mercato e i risultati attesi.* Eseguire tattiche di marketing e comunicazione in linea con la strategia dell’area terapeutica e misurate da KPI ad hoc, sotto alla supervisione costante del tuo tutor;* Partecipare agli aggiornamenti del team sales, alla gestione dei costi di marketing del prodotto in conformità con gli ultimi piani finanziari concordati;* Lavorare e collaborare con tutto il team cross-funzionale di area oftalmologia (Medica, Accesso, Sales, Communication, Patient Partnership, Finance, Legal etc…), in linea con gli standard di conformità nazionali e aziendali (es. SOP, MAP,…).*Si offre uno stage di sei mesi retribuito, con l’opportunità di acquisire competenze significative in marketing farmaceutico.***Requisiti*** Laurea in discipline economiche, scientifiche, marketing. Sarà considerato requisito preferenziale il conseguimento di un Master in Marketing e/o Management in ambito Sanitario;* Interesse per il settore Healthcare e le sue dinamiche;* Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e della Google Suite.* Time management, capacità analitiche e buona capacità di gestione delle scadenze;* Predisposizione ai rapporti interpersonali, capacità di lavorare in team, passione, proattività, determinazione ed apertura mentale.* Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese, scritte e parlate.### Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
