ResponsibilitiesClient Management:Can be a Key Account Manager (KAM) for one or a few clients.Direct contact for communication before, during, and after project delivery.Project Management:Autonomous management, implementation and coordination of complex research projects.Taking client briefs and writing study proposals.Propose appropriate methodologies and research approaches.Prepare estimates for ad hoc studies.Negotiate contracts or specifications technically, methodologically and financially.Ensure that projects meet objectives and are delivered on‑time and within budget.Ensure that the project work meets agreed quality standards.Report writing with storytelling.Presentation of results including relevant recommendations.Accompanied and assisted with complex projects or key accounts.Strategy:Ensuring that ongoing activities and projects adhere to the company’s strategic guidelines.Revenue:Share feedback with managers on client needs & potential revenue risks.People:Possibility to manage a Research Executive(s) or Panel Leader(s) but not necessary.Close collaboration with the Data Solutions Hub.Work closely with other members of our sensory and research team and the field team.QualificationsUniversity degree in food processing, social sciences, psychology, statistics or economics.(First) experiences in sensory and consumer research, marketing research etc.Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.Confident handling of MS Office in particular PowerPoint and Excel.Strong social skills, enthusiastic team player.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-timeKey SkillsChildren ActivityB2CAleJavaScriptData AnalysisAsicExperienceyearsVacancy1#J-18808-Ljbffr
