Used throughout all major disease area diagnostic and treatment pathways, PDx products support three patients every second around the world.<br>We are now hiring for a Legal Counsel EMEA PDx who will provide legal advice on all aspects of the PDx business, including, structuring and negotiating a variety of strategic commercial contracts with PDx’s key customers and suppliers throughout EMEA.<br>These transactions and contracts typically include a wide range of products offerings related to the full lifecycle of our pharma products. Acting as a business partner, the Legal Counsel is expected to provide advice to the business leaders on opportunities and direction, as well as to advise team members on day-to-day legal issues.<br>The position will report directly to the Head of Legal EMEA. Bien que ce rôle se concentre principalement sur les questions liées à l’EMEA, il/elle devra être flexible et prêt(e) à travailler sur des dossiers mondiaux ou concernant d’autres régions PDx, y compris le soutien ultérieur à des projets de développement commercial d’envergure.<br><b><b>Responsibilities<br></b> </b><b>Job Description<br></b> </p><ul><li>Working with the Business’ commercial team for EMEA as a business partner to help identify opportunities to drive business forward and support growth opportunities and initiatives. </li><li>Ensuring contractual rigor when drafting and reviewing a range of agreements, for example Sales & Supply agreements, Sourcing agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Clinical Development and Clinical research agreements, Co-development and licensing agreements, service contracts in accordance with the business’ policies and procedures. </li><li>Supporting public procurement matters throughout the EMEA region. </li><li>Supporting Business Development and licensing projects (due diligence, review and negotiation), initially in close collaboration with the Head of Legal EMEA with the prospect to autonomous and strategic support of such projects in the future. Reviewing advertising and promotional material. </li><li>Applying combined business and legal judgment to proposed deals, relationships and other issues requiring legal or compliance attention. </li><li>Managing outside counsel; to ensure clear instructions, timely performance and well managed budgets. </li><li>In conjunction with global legal colleagues, supporting the management of disputes and litigation. </li><li>Supporting the development and maintenance of a strong culture of compliance including supporting Compliance projects, trainings and support to the compliance specialists on forums such as the Compliance Review
