Our Milan studio works on luxury hospitality, large-scale mixed-use, and urban developments for international clients. We are seeking a Senior Architect / Technical Project Lead to play a key role in project delivery and team coordination within a fast-growing, high-performance studio. Key Requirements Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in architecture firms Proven experience delivering projects from concept design through construction documentation and site coordination Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for live project delivery (modeling, documentation, coordination) Strong understanding of construction systems, detailing, and suitability Ability to independently produce, review, and control high-quality construction drawings Experience coordinating structural, MEP, façade, and specialist consultants Demonstrated capability in project planning, task breakdown, and deadline control Experience leading and coordinating teams, including managing and guiding junior architects across project stages Ability to provide technical direction and quality control across multiple projects Comfortable working hands‑on within project teams in a fast‑paced studio environment Experience on international projects preferred Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper is a strong plus Interest in AI‑assisted design and productivity tools is a plus Senior Architect Technical Project Lead • Milano, Provincia di Milano; Lombardia, Italy #J-18808-Ljbffr
