Ingegnere Meccanico e Automazione Senior Comecer Castel Bolognese, Emilia-Romagna, Italy Responsabilità Gestione del progetto e sviluppo di sistemi, attrezzature e macchine automatiche o semiautomatiche. Sviluppo di soluzioni progettuali in conformità a URS, norme vigenti, guidando calcoli e prescrivendo materiali. Verifica tecnica dimensionamento strutturale e dinamico del sistema, specifica modalità di funzionamento. Scelta di strumentazioni, sensori e attuatori collaborando con progettisti elettrici e software. Coordinamento e programmazione della documentazione manifatturiera entro tempi e costi stabiliti. Redazione e coordinamento della documentazione tecnica conformi normative di sicurezza operatore e prodotto/processo. Supervisione delle prove di validazione, intervento su malfunzionamenti con team processo, Qualità, enti interessati. Contributo alla definizione e messa a punto di offerte, progetti in collaborazione con Project Management e Presales per Change Order. Collaboration & Coordination Coordinatore tecnico: verifica criticità commessa, definizione congiunta timeline, ricerca soluzioni tecniche, richiesta risorse operative, proposte di standardizzazione. Project Manager (PM): contatti cliente, verifica costi, tempi, funzionalità previste specifiche iniziali. Fornitori (interni/esterni): confronto su problematiche fabbricazione, ottimizzazione modalità costruttive. Capo Commessa (Assemblaggio): verifica punti critici assemblaggio, confronto problematiche fabbricazione. Capo Installatore: confronto problematiche installazione. Training & Education Diploma Perito Meccanico, Meccatronico, Elettronico. Preferibile Laurea triennale/quinquennale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettronica, Industriale, Automazione. Competenze Tecniche Disegno tecnico con applicativi 2D e 3D aziendali. Principi di ingegneria meccanica, materiali e processi di produzione. Pacchetto MS Office, Excel, Word. Competenze Relazionali Team Working and Building. Organizzazione. Problem Solving. Gestione del Tempo. Ascolto Attivo. Competenze Linguistiche Inglese: buona conoscenza scritta e parlata.
