Overview PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER – DATA CENTER. Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. This role places you on-site as the client’s representative, collaborating with stakeholders to uphold quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency from Planning through Commissioning. You will have comprehensive access to project documentation to address challenges and determine the most suitable experts when specialized knowledge is required. This position offers opportunities to develop skills and advance in managing Data Center projects. Role title: Project Construction Manager – Data Center Role accountabilities Coordination of executive/construction design activities Supporting operational management Verification and control of site accounting Verification of material submission forms and construction drawings Drafting of construction site reports Monitoring GANTT and construction budget Monitoring and control of construction site activities Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Around 4-7 years of construction management experience Proficient in English (B2 / C1) Knowledge and experience in MEP and firefighting disciplines is a plus Proven construction management experience in Data Center is a plus Good knowledge and experience with project management procedures is a plus Professional accreditations (PE, AIA, CCM, CPC, PMP, LEED or equivalent) are a plus Why Arcadis?
