Main purpose of the roleWithin the Group Regulatory Affairs Department, the new resource will work closely with Marketing and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance of Prize promotions with relevant laws at national and international level.In addition, the resource will provide legal support to regulatory activities aimed at ensuring conformity of toys and consumer products and related contracts.What you will doManage the compliance of Prize promotions worldwide, evaluating relevant regulatory requirementsAssess project feasibility in terms of mechanics, prizes, eligibility, etc.Ensure compliance of communication (product labels, websites, social media, advertisement, etc.)Support international projects and coordinate activities with colleagues worldwideResearch, monitor and analyze applicable legislation (e.g. consumer law), reporting regulatory developments to internal stakeholdersContact with authorities, local agencies and consultantsManage consumer complaints and regulatory enforcement for prize promotions, toys and consumer products (complaints, sanctions, administrative cases, etc.)Draft supply agreements for toys and consumer productsSupport compliance activities for toys and consumer productsOur Perfect CandidateDegree in Law preferred, but open to other education backgroundEnglish oral and written proficiency level, other languages highly appreciatedAlmost 2 years’ experience in consumer products or business services within Legal or Regulatory department, law firm or agency. Experience in promotional activities and consumer lawAnalytical thinker and problem-solverGood communication skills, able to clearly express complex ideas and negotiate effectivelyTime management and organization skills, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlinesProactive and business-orientedFlexible to work in a dynamic environmentFamiliar with new technologies and social mediaHere in Perfetti Van Melle there is a culture of respect and valorization of diversity.
