Ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with business goals.Also manages day-to-day Property Management: certifications, landlord relations, and cost monitoring.ActivitiesAcquisition & DevelopmentScout and assess new logistics sites.Lead market analysis, lease/sale negotiations, and due diligence.Oversee development and upgrades of logistics facilities.Ensure compliance, budget control, and coordination with internal teams. Integrate sustainable solutions.Enhance real estate performance through renewals, renegotiations, and strategic upgrades or consolidation.Compliance & SafetyEnsure regulatory compliance, manage certifications (LEED/BREEAM), and supervise maintenance and safety plans.Stakeholder Management & ReportingCoordinate with suppliers and authorities.Report on progress, KPIs, and investment cases to leadershipRequirementsDegree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or similar2 years in real estate project management, ideally in logistics/industrialStrong knowledge of leasing, development, and constructionFamiliar with planning/building regs; Budget management and project tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.); Ability to read technical plansSkilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management; Team leadership and clear communication; Results-driven under pressureWilling to travel nationally and internationallyLogista | Your partner along the way, all the way.We are a company that offers equality of opportunities and promotes diversity and respect for differences in our company.
