Our partner calls itself a 'Digital Solution Company', because we offer their customers customized, results-oriented digital advertising solutions.
Their daily business is digital: they set up multichannel campaigns for Italian and international brands, mainly located in Spain and the UK.
Digital is a sector that is always in turmoil, where identifying trends before they become trends is crucial. With two locations and over 100 employees, their growth goes hand in hand with the need to increase the size of our operational teams.
They are looking for someone with whom they can work side by side, with whom they can achieve common goals and who is always ready to take on new challenges.

At the moment, they are considering a Digital Account Intern with Spanish Fluent, with a view to expanding the Spanish market.
**Specifically, you will be responsible for**:
- Manage, create and optimise campaigns in the area of lead generation, with particular regard to respecting the budget dedicated to each individual campaign and analysing the relative performance results
- Manage the paid advertising platforms on which the campaigns are delivered, uploading new content and monitoring the performance of those already uploaded
- Create and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns
- Define KPIs to measure performance campaigns
- Internal interface with the creative team, in order to create high-performance campaigns close to the customer's needs
- External interface with supplier accounts, both on the operational side (campaign management) and on the invoicing side;
- Create branded reporting for the client, in order to illustrate both the structure and performance of the campaign.
**What we expect from you**:
- Degree in marketing and communication or similar
- Fluency in Spanish (mother tongue or C1) and knowledge of Italian (at least B1)
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Interest in digital marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results orientation and focus on objectives
- Proactivity and spirit of initiative
