Through ongoing efforts and teamwork, we promote an innovative one level streamlined organization where each one supports its growth and success and does the same for another colleague.Find out how to join Catenate teamRole Description Design and develop autonomous AI agent systems that can perform complex tasks with minimal human interventionCoordinate with business teams to identify opportunities for agentic AI implementation and integration with existing systemsArchitect multi-agent systems that can collaborate, communicate, and coordinate to achieve business objectivesDevelop and implement AI workflows using agent orchestration frameworks and toolsDesign prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning approaches for large language models in agent contextsBuild robust error handling, monitoring, and feedback systems for autonomous AI agentsCollaborate with development teams to integrate agentic AI solutions into production environmentsResearch and experiment with cutting-edge AI agent technologies and methodologiesEnsure AI systems operate within ethical guidelines and safety parametersOptimize agent performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness in production environmentsSkills Required Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, AI / ML, Data Science, or equivalent 3-5 years experience in AI / ML engineering, preferably with autonomous systems or agent-based solutionsAdvanced knowledge of Large Language Model APIs and services (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI)Proficiency with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration platformsStrong programming skills in Python, with experience in AI / ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Knowledge of cloud AI services and platforms (Azure AI Services, AWS Bedrock, Google Cloud AI)Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB)Understanding of MLOps practices and tools for AI model deployment and monitoringKnowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization techniquesExperience with API development and microservices architecture for AI systemsFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI workloadsProfile Excellent knowledge of Italian, both written and spokenExcellent knowledge of English, both written and spokenExcellent#J-18808-Ljbffr
