R Scalable Operations Analyst (Open)
We work harmoniously with the power of nature and the communities around us to power lifetimes to come. We call our approach ‘living energy’.
We don’t just produce renewable energy, we live it – recognising our relationship with the people touched by our business and supporting social, educational, cultural, and environmental initiatives that contribute to the development of the communities we work alongside.

Nadara is an innovative place to work. We work in a stimulating and challenging environment, where every day we explore the unknown with curiosity, make decisions with quality and take action and deliver with courage. For us diversity is a real value, and we encourage in connecting different perspectives with respect.
The Scalable Operations Division ensures Operations’ alignment with Nadara’s strategy through:
Coordinating communication between Ops and other departments, focusing on growth projects (organic and inorganic)
Monitoring progress & strategic alignment of all Ops initiatives (O&M and Digital)
Continuously improving the Ops Target Operation Model (TOM) to meet Nadara’s strategic objectives and reduce Cost-to-Serve; ensuring the TOM’s correct adoption and enforcing systems discipline across all assets and centralized functions. As Scalable Operations Analyst reporting to the Head of Scalable Operations, you will be performing activities across Scalable Ops’ (SO) full mandate (1,2, & 3), independently owning a significant share of mid-level tasks across all of SO’s workstreams - Ops Initiatives, TOM Design and Initiatives, M&A, Organic Growth, Lessons Learned, and KPI Management. You will make day-to-day operational decisions, keep processes running, and maintain dashboard, internal tools and templates, and data automations. You apply your advanced skills in Excel, basic coding skills (using mostly low-code tools), hands-on capability with AI tools and agents, and strong familiarity with operational systems to progressively reduce the team’s manual effort and improve the quality and reliability of Scalable Operations’ tools and data. Automation and applied AI are not a side activity in this role: they are the primary mechanism through which Scalable Operations absorbs a growing portfolio without growing headcount.
Independently own and execute a broad range of mid-level operational tasks across all Scalable Operations workstreams, exercising operational judgement and making day-to-day decisions without requiring constant escalation to Leads and Associates;
Manage recurring Scalable Operations processes end-to-end: initiative status review cycles, KPI data collection and reporting cycles, Lessons Learned submission processing, and TOM-adoption monitoring updates;
Coordinate multi-department inputs on behalf of Scalable Operations, chasing stakeholders, consolidating information, and maintaining momentum on deliverables across concurrent workstreams;
Conduct structured data reviews and flag inconsistencies, gaps, or risks to the relevant Lead before they escalate;
Support the Leads and the Head of Scalable Operations in preparing COO-level outputs: consolidating data, structuring analyses, and drafting first versions of briefings and reports;
Maintain the centralised initiative dashboard and all Scalable Operations tracking tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date status at all times;
Build, maintain, and continuously improve Scalable Operations’ dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), serving as the team’s primary technical owner for these assets;
Develop and maintain automations and AI agents to reduce manual effort across Scalable Operations processes (Excel/VBA, Python scripts, Power Automate, and more), proactively identifying new opportunities to simplify repetitive work;
Work with IT&Digital and NAIT to build more complex agents and automations for Operations, advising on operational requirements while understanding the underlying technical requirements
May act as the team’s point of contact for key operational platforms (Maximo, Dynamics 365, Power BI, SharePoint), coordinating with IT on system integrations, data connections, and platform improvements;
Own Scalable Operations’ data quality standards: enforce, and monitor consistency across all initiative tracking, KPI, and performance management tools.
Maintain the Scalable Operations automation and AI backlog: a live register of candidate use cases with estimated manual effort removed, feasibility, data dependencies, owner, and status;
Validate AI outputs before they are relied upon, using defined test cases and spot-check protocols, and design the human review points that remain in the process;
Assist in quantification and reporting of the effort removed by automations and AI deployment, feeding realized benefits into Scalable Oper
