Build and maintain a high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date database of professionals for required roles. Conduct thorough assessments to identify the best professionals for each project. Present vetted candidates to the project management team or clients. Manage costs ensuring alignment between project budgets and resource costs. Collaborate with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows, resolve resource-related issues, and optimize resource utilization.
