Dematic is seeking an Electromechanical Technician with basic PLC experience to be hired on a permanent contract at our Cernusco sul Naviglio site. The candidate will work as part of a team, performing control and maintenance tasks on our automated solutions. The role will be carried out mainly at our customers’ automated warehouses, following predefined work procedures. In the future, the resource will also be involved in the Dematic Hotline service. We Offer Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Learn More Here: Tasks And Qualifications After an initial period of training and support, the Electromechanical and PLC – Hotline Technician will: Solve issues related to routine and special maintenance, as well as PLC activities, and handle unexpected system faults Work closely with colleagues on the customer site Prepare regular reports about service activities Who are we looking for? A Junior Candidate With The Following Profile At least one year of electromechanical experience in automated production plants Basic PLC knowledge; one year of experience in troubleshooting, I/O testing, and software start-up is a plus Ability to read electrical diagrams Interest in logistics, supply chain, and industrial automation Passion for electrical, mechanical, and software engineering Willingness to travel frequently, mainly within Italy (70%–90%) Technical diploma in electrical, electronic, automation, or similar fields Good written and spoken Italian and English What do we offer?
