We offer a comprehensive and expanding array of road trip possibilities: short‑term RV rentals, long‑term campervan subscriptions, and the possibility of buying one of our vehicles available for sale.The RoleWe're looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to open our new rental location in Palermo. You'll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, with the goal of ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.What Will You Work OnHandle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check‑ins and check‑outs;Take care of the fleet, logistics, and ensure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repairs;Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team;Book activities control, manage stock, local suppliers and cleaning services;Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to make sure operations run smoothly;Prepare and clean our campervans;Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.Who Are We Looking ForYou are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct contact with customers, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent‑a‑car being desirable;You are fluent in Italian and English (mandatory);You are eligible to work in Italy, have a valid driver's licence and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory);You are available to work weekends and national holidays;You are a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon;You are well‑organised and good at solving problems.Opening DetailsProjected start date is March 2026.Seasonal contract until November 2026.Are you ready to Go Indie?#J-18808-Ljbffr
