Role Mission: Full-Stack Web Developer The primary goal is to transform conceptual ideas into robust, high-performing web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable, secure web applications. Collaborate on the technical design and architecture of solutions. Manage tasks autonomously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards. Participate actively in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills & Experience Hard Skills: Excellent proficiency in PHP (Laravel preferred). Strong command of JavaScript (Vue.js preferred). Knowledge of HTML/CSS (Tailwind CSS is a plus). Experience utilizing Git and branch/feature-based workflows. Diploma or Degree in an IT-related field. English proficiency level B1. Soft Skills: Strong passion for programming and commitment to professional growth. Proven problem-solving abilities and autonomy in task management.
