The ideal candidate should have experience in food industry B2B sales or new business development, management skills, and fluency in English and Italian. Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill is beneficial.Ref: MI46834-1Visa support may be considered depending on experience.Main ResponsibilitiesSales Representative — Wholesale and tenant development sales within Italy; market research, business strategy formulation, and proposal of ideas; preparation of sales reports; business trips within Italy and Japan as required.Sales Manager (Department Head) — Sales activities within Italy; comprehensive management support for the Italian subsidiary office (approximately 30 domestic tenants, and factories); financial management (fundraising, operations, preparing financial statements, financial analysis, budget vs. actual management, balance sheet and profit and loss management); cash flow management; labour and personnel management (recruitment, personnel affairs, payroll management, team building, development and management, employee performance evaluation, resignation procedures); prevention and resolution of internal issues; goal setting, operational improvement, design and enhancement of business processes, subordinate development and management; market research, business strategy formulation, proposal of ideas; formulation, execution and analysis of company objectives, business strategy and KPIs; implementation and compliance with company policies; reporting company performance and results to the Board of Directors; business travel within Italy and Japan as required; support for resignation procedures.Ideal CandidateSales — Essential: B2B sales experience or new business development experience within the food industry; excellent team management and communication skills; business-level proficiency in English and Italian; valid driving licence.Sales Manager — Essential: B2B sales experience or new business development experience within the food industry; practical experience in management support or managerial roles within Europe; practical experience in finance, human resources, labour management, and operational management; excellent team management and communication skills; proficiency in English and Italian at a business level; valid driving licence.Notes: The Visa support line is included where applicable and depends on experience.<br>#J-18808-Ljbffr
