F&B Service Expert / Chef de rang - Casa Brera - a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan Join to apply for the F&B Service Expert / Chef de rang role at Jobbit . Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets. This is a full‑time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off. Your talent will be nurtured and you will be encouraged to thrive. What You'll Do Take guests' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys). Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate. Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, checking with them that the dining experience meets their expectations. Ensure the outlet is set up and ready for each service period. Order and restock outlet inventory. Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies. What You'll Need Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry. A warm, people‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude. At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English. A safety‑first approach. Positive outlook and dependability.
