Finance Manager – Settore Automotive (Treviso, Italy) Treviso, Veneto Industry: Automotive Siamo alla ricerca di un Finance Manager per una realtà industriale del settore automotive. La posizione avrà la responsabilità di guidare tutte le attività amministrative, contabili e finanziarie, supportando la Direzione nella pianificazione strategica e nel rafforzamento della funzione Finance. Responsabilità principali Coordinare le attività contabili garantendo puntualità, qualità e conformità normativa. Gestire bilancio annuale, reporting mensile e trimestrale e analisi scostamenti. Redigere budget e forecast. Analizzare trend operativi, costi, ricavi e obbligazioni finanziarie. Collaborare con il CFO per migliorare processi, strumenti e obiettivi finanziari. Assicurare l’aggiornamento delle procedure contabili e finanziarie. Coordinare audit interni ed esterni. Gestire tesoreria, cash flow e pianificazione finanziaria. Mantenere i rapporti con banche e istituti finanziari. Requisiti Laurea in Economia. Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo e nella gestione di team. Competenze in tesoreria, bilancio, reporting e controllo finanziario. Ottime capacità analitiche e forte orientamento al dettaglio. Ottima conoscenza di Excel; preferibile esperienza con SAP/AS400. Preferibile conoscenza della lingua inglese. Leadership, problem solving e capacità di relazionarsi con stakeholder interni ed esterni. Benefits: flessibilità oraria, mensa, premio di risultato. This key role ensures accuracy in financial processes, supports strategic decision-making, and contributes to the development and strengthening of the Finance function. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all accounting activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Oversee annual financial statements and monthly/quarterly management reporting. Prepare budgets and forecasts. Analyze operational trends, costs, revenues, and financial obligations to support strategic planning. Work closely with the CFO to enhance financial tools, processes, and objectives. Maintain and update financial and accounting procedures. Coordinate internal and external audits. Manage treasury, cash flow, and financial planning. Handle relationships with banks and financial institutions. Requirements Degree in Economics/Finance. Solid experience in a Finance Manager role and team leadership. Strong background in treasury, accounting, reporting, and financial control. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Strong Excel skills; SAP/AS400 knowledge is a plus. English knowledge preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and stakeholder communication abilities.
