Il nostro cliente, leader mondiale nel settore industriale manifatturiero, sta cercando un/una: La persona riporterà al Maintenance Manager e avrà la responsabilità di 1 risorsa, e si occuperà di garantire l’efficienza manutentiva di sistemi, impianti e processi in ottica strategica. Principali responsabilità: Sviluppare e coordinare le attività di miglioramento in ottica preventiva sulla base di specifici output. Guidare lo sviluppo di piani di affidabilità relativi agli impianti di riferimento, coordinandosi con il proprio responsabile. Gestire la comunicazione e le attività di reporting verso la controparte internazionale. Coordinare l’analisi dei dati relative agli impianti, garantendo il follow-up delle attività relative a identificazione e valutazione di potenziali guasti. Definire la componentistica e il materiale critico per ogni impianto in collaborazione con l’HQ europeo. Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria preferibilmente in ambito industriale. Esperienza manutentiva in industrie di processo, preferibilmente in strutture complesse. Capacità di Problem solving e Pianificazione. Capacità di Lavoro in team. Conoscenze base di analisi budget e contract management. Conoscenza pacchetto Office. Buona conoscenza parlata e scritta inglese. Location : Milano #J-18808-Ljbffr
