We are a global iGaming group with a strong presence in Southern Europe & Africa. We are looking for a Mass Luck Games Specialist to join our Customer Value Management team at Sisal Italy. Overview As a Mass Luck Games Specialist , you will design, execute and optimize promotional campaigns that drive player engagement and loyalty, leveraging behavioral data and automation tools. What you’ll do Plan, build, execute, and analyze private campaigns focusing on upselling, cross-selling, engagement, and retention. Manage the planning and continuous optimization of private promotions to ensure performance and alignment with commercial goals. Maintain campaign reporting and operational processes for flawless execution. What you’ll bring Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps. Excellent time management and organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel. Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in Italian and English. Customer‑centric approach.
