The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and manage team performance across all functions. Responsibilities include creating and implementing processes in our operations, supervising our colleagues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role requires a focus on enhancing guest experiences, maintaining service quality, and driving efficiency across all aspects of operations.QualificationsStrong operational experience in luxury hospitality is requiredLeadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate our colleaguesOpening experience is highly valuedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship buildingKnowledge of compliance, safety, and regulatory standards in the hospitality industryProficiency in using hospitality management systems and operational softwareFamiliarity with luxury hospitality standards is highly valuedProficiency in Italian and English is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
